Park and Bird Walk
We spent the night before the scheduled bird walk at the park and attended the first of Doris' talks about raptors and walked around a bit. The next day we met the other birders for our bird walk in the Honey Creek State Natural Area. Unfortunately, it was not a great day for birding. The eagle-eyed saw more birds than I got pictures of, but not many... It was a lovely day and a very nice walk though!
After our walk, most of us met for lunch at the Honey Creek Cafe (recommended!) and then went on to the Raptor talk.
