Yellow Mexican Hat

Most Mexican Hats have red in them (see the next picture in this stream). This one is entirely yellow. Since they've just started blooming here and I have a LOT of them in our yard, it will be interesting to see them come out. We were in the Rio Grande Valley last week and most of them seemed to be almost entirely red. Impressionist effect.
